Layered materials can be produced without layer of PU foam. Bonding can be performed using hot melt powders, nets or foils. Alternatively, it is possible to realize only fixation of hot-melt adhesive on a surface of some materials for subsequent activation.
Total thickness of laminated material is up to 100 mm, working width of the machine is 2000 mm. We also provide possibility of processing footage and blanks of material.
